We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company name, phone number). We also collect usage data, message logs, delivery reports, and technical information such as IP addresses and device type.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process billing, send service notifications, and ensure compliance with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for 30 days after termination. Message logs are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

We share data with our messaging providers (Modulus, Yuboto Omni) solely to deliver messages on your behalf. We also use Stripe for payment processing. All third-party processors are contractually bound to protect your data.
