Our terms and conditions
Last updated: January 2026
By accessing or using Wide MSG ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including account administrators and team members.
Wide MSG is a cloud-based messaging platform enabling businesses to send SMS and Viber messages through third-party providers (Modulus, Yuboto Omni). Availability of the Service depends on these providers, and Wide MSG does not guarantee uninterrupted message delivery.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You may not use the Service to send unsolicited messages (spam), illegal content, or content that violates the rights of third parties. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including GDPR and Greek telecommunications regulations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Access to the Service requires payment of the applicable subscription fee. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All software, trademarks, and content associated with Wide MSG remain the exclusive property of Wideview Entertainment. You retain ownership of the content and contact data you upload to the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. Clauses relating to intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
